1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, including: account information (name, email address, password), store URLs and UCP endpoint configurations you add for monitoring, usage data such as check results, uptime metrics, and alert history. We also automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited.

We use the information we collect to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; send you monitoring alerts, technical notices, and support communications; process transactions and send billing-related information; monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with the Service; detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities; and personalize the Service experience.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides enterprise-grade PostgreSQL databases with row-level security. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3 respectively. Database backups are performed daily and retained for 30 days. Your account credentials are hashed and never stored in plain text.

We use the following third-party services to operate UCP Guard: Stripe for payment processing — Stripe collects and processes your payment information according to their privacy policy; Resend for transactional email delivery (alerts, password resets, account notifications); Vercel for application hosting and edge delivery. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy and data handling practices.
